Wholesale Policies
Live Plant Arrival Guarantee (Wholesale)
We guarantee that live plants will arrive alive and in acceptable condition when shipped under normal conditions and delivered on the first delivery attempt.
Because wholesale customers are experienced buyers and plant care varies widely by environment and handling, we do not offer a multi-day health guarantee after delivery.
To qualify for the Arrival Guarantee:
- Report any issues within 24 hours of delivery (48 hours if carrier delays occur and the box is delivered late).
- Email clear photos of: the plant(s) in the box as received, the shipping label, and close-ups of the issue.
Exclusions (not covered):
- Damage or decline caused by temperature exposure after delivery (heat/cold), including packages left outside
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses, refused shipments, missed delivery attempts, or holds requested by the customer
- Normal transit stress (minor leaf drop, cosmetic scuffs) that does not impact plant viability
- Issues related to care after arrival (watering, light, humidity, repotting, fertilizing, chemical use)
Resolution: If verified, we’ll provide a replacement (if available) or store credit for the affected plant(s). Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
Shipping & Weather / Cold Sensitivity
Many bonsai and tropical plants are temperature sensitive. By placing a wholesale order, you acknowledge that timing, receiving, and aftercare are your responsibility. We may recommend holding shipment for weather, but the customer is responsible for the final ship decision unless we determine conditions are unsafe to ship.
Returns & Cancellations (Wholesale)
Live Plants: Due to the nature of living inventory, all live plant sales are final after shipment. We do not accept returns of live plants.
Non-Live Items (pots, tools, supplies): Unused items in new condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery with prior approval. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Claims & Order Issues
If you receive the wrong item or there is a packing error, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right.
Privacy
We collect only the information needed to process wholesale orders and support your account, such as name, business name, shipping address, billing address, email, and phone number.
We use this information to fulfill and ship orders, communicate about your order and account, and provide support and service updates you request. We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers required to operate our business (payment processing, shipping carriers, website/hosting), and only as needed to fulfill your order.
You may request to update or correct your account information by contacting us.

- Product availability may change quickly. We reserve the right to limit quantities or correct inventory errors.
- Pricing and product information may contain errors. We reserve the right to correct mistakes and cancel/refund orders placed under incorrect pricing.
- All website content (photos, text, branding) is owned by us and may not be reused without written permission.
